A++++ for 1st experience with Robert. Answered my phone call on first attempt. Made himself available quicker than anticipated. Timely replies to texts AND showed up ON-TIME at our home in Menifee.
Trouble shot my hot heater failure over the phone, directed me to mfl for warranty replacement for CORRECT part replacement. Once I had correct part, he quickly installed it and had hot water within a matter of minutes. He wasted no time and took care of business like a pro.
On a side note, Robert spoke out on my behalf. The plumbing supply house made an error in the replacement part, when I picked up the part. It was error that had nothing to do with Robert. I learned later, that Robert had spoken directly to the manager and the VP of the two companies involved, on my behalf. WOW! Appreciate that.
His great communication/customer service, on-time fulfillment, and reasonable pricing makes him a VALUE for the entire valley. We are grateful for Robert and his great professional attitude.
