Talked to Robert on the phone about a shower valve problem. He did research on our off-brand valve to find a replacement. He found the right part, told us what it was, and suggested a “Do It Yourself” solution based on the pictures we sent him. All this at no charge. We will definitely be using him for future repairs, and we’ll pay him!
